Reflection Post

What has caused us to fall behind?

Miscommunication
- I believe a lack of communication has caused us as a group to fall behind. People are unsure of what to do, who is to do what and this has been very time consuming. Also, the miscommunication between practical work and theory work has also proven to be an issue because there are many situations where somebody may do the practical side of a media task and not blog about it. Another person may blog about it and not tag the member who physically done the practical side of the work and this would cause strife between members.

Storyboard crisis - roles
- We have also debated about who is to complete what, especially with our pitch task. There has been confusion and disagreement of who is putting in a substantial amount of effort for the pitch presentation. The days we have been unsure and in disagreement were days we could have been blogging or coming together as a group to finalise things or plan accurately. I believe this has also contributed to us falling behind.

How we can recover from falling behind?

Contact
- To respond to all of our of texts and calls at a reasonable time to confirm dates to meet up or to be clear about who is to what for each task, practical or theory.

Blog
- Aim to blog individually at least 3 posts a week. I believe this will avoid conflict or disagreement with members of the team. A sense of satisfaction will arise and we would catch up quicker than we think.
